To start crimson caravan go to goodsprings and go into the bar you will see a man arguing with a lady named Trudy see will tell you that there is a man in the gas station he will ask you to help him. He will want you to get Sunny Smiles to help him in a fight, you can get more people to help but it’s not necessary.
